The Farmer’s Market is Open in Old Town Manassas

Manassas, VA (April 12, 2012)

Spring is here and so is the City of Manassas Farmer’s Market! A Ribbon Cutting was held on April 12, 2012 at The Loy E. Harris Pavilion at 9:00 a.m. The Market is open year round and held on Thursdays and Saturdays. Farmer’s Market vendors feature produce, flower and herb plants, meats, and dairy products. Other products featured at the Market are salsa, preserves and marinades, specialty crafts, soaps, and wines.

The Thursday market is 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Loy E. Harris Pavilion (9116 Center Street) and the Saturday market runs from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Water Tower lot, across from the Manassas Train Depot. Parking is located in the Old Town Manassas Parking Garage, located on Prince William Street, in between Battle and Main Streets. Please remember that pets are not allowed at the Market, by order of the Virginia Health Department.
