Remember the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory? A young boy finds a golden ticket that, at the very least, wins him a chance to tour the most fantastic candy factory imaginable. The Golden Ticket that Historic Manassas Inc. had hidden in Old Town Manassas has been found!

Greg and Julie Stambaugh of Manassas purchased the Merry Old Town Chocolate Bar that contained the Golden Ticket at Opera House Gourmet & Gifts, and gave it to their 4 year old twin granddaughters, Kaylee and Madison. They will be Santa's special guests on his float in the 64th Annual Greater Manassas Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 5.

The Old Town shops will still be selling the Merry Old Town Chocolate Bar, now only $1.50. They make great stocking stuffers or a wonderful holiday treat, and you'll be supporting Historic Manassas, Inc. organize this and other fun holiday promotions.
